Nose:This wine shows lovely lifted tropical fruits of fresh melon and pineapple characters on the nose with an underlying subtle oak complexity.

Palate: Bin 65 Chardonnay is full flavoured with creamy tropical fruit characters of pineapple, melon and white peach with a long soft oak finish. This wine has well balanced, fresh acidity with a nutty oak character reflecting the gentle oak treatment and creamy texture from the partial malo lactic fermentation. A medium bodied wine with a long full flavoured soft finish.
