All returns must be in good
condition for resale to receive a refund. Refunds are subject to a 10%
restocking fee. Shipping charges will not be refunded. Customer is
responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping.
We will not perform any refunds for wine damaged due to extreme cold or hot
weather while shipping. If you feel that the weather is not good for
shipping when you place your order, you can ask us to hold the package for
shipping at a later date. We will be happy to do this for you at no
additional charge.
